Sometimes all it takes is one good conversation. It can bring a fresh perspective, a sense of relief or even spark a small but meaningful shift in how you see things.
The Flash Coaching Community is SIY’s nonprofit initiative, created to make coaching available to anyone curious to try it. This international network of conversation professionals exists simply to connect, listen and be present – no strings attached.
How does it work? Community members offer informal one-on-one conversations, twice a month, as a gift – in person or online. Just real presence, in the time it takes to enjoy a cup of coffee.
Got something on your mind? Maybe there’s a topic you can’t stop thinking about, but you’re not sure how to move forward. Whether you need to untangle your thoughts or simply take a mental recharge, we’re here to listen.
The Flash Coaching Community offers you 18 minutes of focused attention – live or online, wherever feels right for you.
Your next dose of inspiration is just a follow away! Join us on Instagram to see how a coffee-length chat has left a lasting impression on others.
If you’re up for giving 18 minutes of real attention with curiosity and an open mind, keep reading.
It’s not about advice. It’s not therapy. It’s about showing up with presence, curiosity, and focused attention. Think of it as a brief coffee-break conversation — a pause to explore where your partner is right now.
No deep analysis. No need to map out a plan. Just a moment to reflect together.
You’re not there to solve or recommend. You simply ask thoughtful questions and truly listen. There’s no need to know their backstory, and no expectation to follow up. Sometimes, 18 minutes of genuine attention is all it takes to spark something meaningful.
Do you believe in the power of a simple, focused conversation – where being present and truly listening can make a difference? If so, this community could be the perfect fit for you.
Whether you’re an experienced coach, a leader with a coaching mindset, a professional who values connection or just someone who’s great at holding meaningful conversations, there’s a place for you here. It’s not about degrees or certifications. It’s about what you bring: undivided attention, a sense of presence, thoughtful questions or even comforting silence.
All we ask is a commitment to two conversations a month, online or in person. If it feels right, we’d love to welcome you.
Being part of the Flash Coaching Community is simple and flexible. You choose when and where you’re up for a focused 18-minute conversation, and share it however you like.
Prefer something casual? Set up in your favorite café with a visible sign. Going digital? Post on Instagram, share a story or use an online booking link. You’re fully in charge, from your availability to how people connect with you.
These micro-conversations are for anyone seeking a shift in perspective. Some may come with a question or decision they’re sitting with. Others just need a safe space to release their thoughts in a safe, supportive space.
No fees. No follow-ups. No pressure. Just you, a little curiosity and 18 minutes that might brighten someone’s day.
Just two conversations a month. A small gift of your time that could mean a turning point for someone else.
