A leader feels stuck. A conflict slows things down. A family business struggles to move in one direction. And sometimes, all it takes is a coffee-break conversation to spark a shift.
At SIY, we shape the format to the situation – never the other way around. It might be leadership accompaniment, conflict resolution, family business support, or a flash coaching session. Each can stand alone, but they create the most value when they complement one another.
We don’t start by asking what’s wrong. We start with where you’re headed and what that shift could mean. Then we figure out, together, how best to support it – whether for an individual, a team, or an entire organization.
A calm, to-the-point space where you can say what’s on your mind — questions, doubts, or dilemmas. A place where your role, rhythm, and direction become clearer. As a coach and strategic thought partner, we stand by your side, bringing in 20+ years of leadership and financial experience.
And what emerges: a path that starts from your own solutions, fits who you are, and feels right to walk — both professionally and personally.
We work in short, focused sessions. We don’t overcomplicate — less is truly more. It’s like diamond mining: first we look at where you are (Reflect) and where you’d like to go (Reframe). Then we uncover what’s already within you but hasn’t had enough attention (Reveal), so that real, workable solutions can come to the surface (Realize).
And if you don’t just want to talk about change but live it in your daily work, we’re there as a “shadow partner”: present with you in real leadership or business situations, then redrawing the map together afterward — keeping what works, simplifying what doesn’t.
In a family business, work and family breathe together — and roles can easily blur. A father is both parent and CEO. Siblings work at different paces and value different things. During succession, it’s not always clear who decides what, or how the shared future will unfold. Everyday operations can become tense or slow, Sunday lunches turn silent — and what you once built together risks being lost.
This process helps you see more clearly: where you are now, where you want to go, and how to move forward together. It’s structured yet human: conversations, joint decisions, and practical steps. Solutions don’t come from outside, but are co-created with you, reshaping what needs to change or be fine-tuned.
The work creates a safe frame for listening and real dialogue. When perspectives stop clashing and start complementing each other, conversations can spark genuine change — in the company and in the family alike.
And what you take with you: a more transparent, livable way of working, with clear roles and decision-making. A simple rhythm in daily operations that everyone understands and can carry forward. A foundation that addresses today’s challenges and gives the next generation something solid to build on.
When collaboration stalls, it’s often not about a lack of intent — it’s about a missing conversation. Two owners may see the future differently. During a generational shift, roles and decision rights may be unclear. Or tension lingers in a team for months, with no one daring to say it out loud.
Left unresolved, these situations can paralyze the work.
Business mediation creates a neutral, safe space where everyone can speak up and be heard — and where the solution stays in the hands of those involved. The process is structured yet human: naming what matters, surfacing the real needs and intentions, and finding common ground that all parties can stand behind.
And the outcome is not just words on paper, but something that helps daily collaboration. It’s faster, more discreet, and less costly than legal action — while keeping relationships workable, if there is willingness to do so.
Flash coaching is an 18-minute, super-focused yet light conversation built around a single topic.
Just the length of a coffee break. And surprisingly, that’s often enough — to see something from a new angle, feel lighter, or finally say out loud what you’ve been holding inside.
We don’t go back into the past or plan years ahead. We look at what’s here, right now — what’s on your mind today.
We don’t give advice or solve things for you. We listen, ask, or stay silent — so you can see more clearly where to head next, and leave with a thought, an idea, or even a sigh of relief you can build on right away.
A few questions we often hear.
That’s okay. Sometimes the first step is simply saying, “Something’s not right,” even if you can’t yet put your finger on it. At SolutionInYou, we take time to notice what’s really going on – and explore it with you.
As personal as feels useful to you. Your pace and comfort level shape the process. The goal isn’t to go deep just for the sake of it; but to find clarity that moves things forward, whether it’s just you, or you and others.
We don’t hand you answers or tell you what to do next. Instead, we work with you to arrive at your own direction — one that fits, feels right, and holds up in real situations.
This isn’t about teaching a method, sharing our experience or analyzing your past. We look at where you are now and we start from there. We build on what you bring and always face forward.
Whatever best supports what you’re trying to move through. That could include integrative coaching, mediation, visual thinking, reflective questioning or the 4R model (Reflect. Reframe. Reveal. Realize). We bring a solution-focused, systems-aware approach, grounded in two decades of leadership and financial experience, to make sense of what looks messy at first glance.
The result? Clearer decisions. Smoother collaboration. More engaged teams. And shared value at the personal, organizational and even societal level.
That depends on where you’re starting from and where you want to go. We work in short, focused formats, based on the idea that less is more.
Much also depends on how committed you are. Showing up is a start. But real change requires a willingness to act. From individuals, from teams and from organizations.
Sessions can take place online or in person — always in the way that works best for those involved.
The format always adapts to the situation. It can be a single session — a mediation or an 18-minute flash coaching — a series of coaching conversations, or a longer-term strategic partnership where methods connect and build on each other. We bring in what’s needed, when it’s needed.
Complex strategic support typically runs from three months up to a year, depending on what best supports progress. And when needed, expert colleagues — for example, a co-mediator — can join the process.
